Mr. Sunil Varghese is a seasoned and visionary educationist with over 22 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership. He began his career as a high school Mathematics teacher in Darjeeling and later served as a Mathematics teacher and Head of the Department in Pune.
With a strong commitment to educational excellence, he moved to Bangalore, holding senior leadership roles including Vice Principal and Principal, teaching at both school and degree levels. Since 2021, he has been associated with JES Public School, Nagarabhavi, where he currently serves as Principal, leading the institution with integrity, innovation, and a focus on holistic development.
Mr. Varghese has been recognized by CBSE as Head Examiner for Class 10 Board Examinations for three consecutive years. He has also served as Central Superintendent for NEET and Ekalavya Examinations and as an Observer for Class 12 Board Examinations. A prolific academic contributor, he has authored two books, written columns for magazines, and served as Chief Editor and Sub-Editor for several publications. His work has earned him multiple awards for excellence in teaching and leadership.
His educational vision is to nurture confident, compassionate, and future-ready learners. He strongly believes that education must go beyond textbooks—fostering critical thinking, ethical values, and adaptability—while empowering teachers and creating inclusive, inspiring learning environments.

Shibuna C, with academic qualifications in M.A., B.Sc., and B.Ed., is a dedicated and accomplished educationist with over 23 years of teaching and leadership experience. She is widely respected for her integrity, commitment, and consistent efforts in nurturing students’ academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning. Her classrooms foster creativity, critical thinking, and active engagement.
Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles, including Head of the English Department and Academic Coordinator, where she contributed significantly to curriculum planning, instructional improvement, and teacher mentoring. Her balanced leadership approach—combining empathy with high academic standards—has earned her the trust of colleagues and students alike.
Shibuna C has also played an important role in teacher professional development, conducting workshops and training programmes focused on effective pedagogy and reflective teaching practices. Her sessions are known for their clarity, practicality, and motivational value.
She has served for several years as an Examiner at CBSE Evaluation Centres, upholding the principles of fairness, accuracy, and accountability in academic assessment.
Currently serving as the Vice Principal of JES Public School, she actively contributes to academic and administrative leadership, working closely with management and faculty to create a disciplined, inclusive, and forward-thinking learning environment. Her dedication has been recognised through multiple educator awards and formal appreciation from the school management.
